We charge a $500 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable within fourteen days of termination of occupancy provided that the real and personal property are in the same condition as when the occupancy commenced and all terms of the rental agreement are met. Guests are liable for all replacements and repairs needed to attain the same condition as when occupancy commenced other than normal cleaning. Booking/Security deposit is due within Seven Days of making your reservations or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

In addition to the $500 Booking/Security Deposit, a 50% deposit of the rental amount is required within within Seven Days of making your reservation. This will reserve the house for your specific dates. Full payment including tax is required 45 days prior to the date of your occupancy.

Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid less a $250 cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except for your Booking/Security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period. If the property is rented you will only be charged the $250 cancellation fee.

A 10% County of Santa Cruz Lodging and Occupancy tax will be added to all rentals.

A $100 non-refundable Sanitary Cleaning fee will be attached to each rental. This is not to cover the cost of cleaning the entire property but for sanitizing the bathrooms and kitchen. The property should be left in same condition as upon arrival. Otherwise additional cleaning fees will be charged.

A dog or small pet is allowed by prior arrangement.
