The home is located steps from Pleasure Point, known worldwide for its incredible beauty and great surfing. You'll also have access to a private beach located less than a five minute walk from the home. From the deck you will enjoy sights and sounds of the Monterey Bay and the majestic beauty of the Pacific Ocean.
Its great being so close to the sandy beaches and just a few homes from the coast. Morning and sunset walks along East Cliff are remarkable!   This is an ideal California vacation rental home for a couple, family or group, especially those who like staying by the beach but prefer the space and privacy of a quality vacation home.   Got kids?
How close to great beaches? From the house you can see, hear and smell the ocean. Two minutes to the right and you are at Pleasure Point. Five minutes to the left and you are at the Private Beach, five more minutes and you are at the beach in Capitola Village.   Within a mile there is great shopping. In the village there are a number of boutiques, shops and restaurants. Along 41st Avenue there is everything you'll need from banks and  supermarkets to the Capitola Mall. Close to modern conveniences but miles from your everyday life!
This vacation home is in a very good location near the beach, shopping and nightlife.
