Directions From San Jose Airport
Take Highway 880 (also called Highway 17) going south for approximately 26
miles toward Santa Cruz.
Turnoff on Highway 1 South (toward Monterey) for approximately 3 miles.
Take the 41st Avenue exit.
Turn right onto 41st Avenue.
Continue on 41st toward the ocean approximately 3 miles.
When you are almost at the beach make left at stop sign onto Opal Cliff.
The fifth house on the left is 4165 Opal Cliff.
Directions From the Monterey Area
Take Highway 1 North toward Santa Cruz for approximately 35 miles
Take the 41st Avenue exit.
Turn left onto 41st Avenue.
Continue on 41st toward the ocean approximately 3 miles.
When you are almost at the beach make left at stop sign onto Opal Cliff.
The fifth house on the left is 4165 Opal Cliff.
Directions From San Francisco Area
From San Francisco take Highway 101 or Highway 280 south to Highway 85 South to Highway 880 South (also called Highway 17 South) to San Jose. (Approximately 40 miles)

Turn right onto 41st Avenue.

From San Francisco you can also take Highway 1 south from Pacifica. You will go through Half Moon Bay, the ocean views are stunning. This will easily add an hour to your trip but is worth it if you have the time.
From Los Angeles, you can reach Capitola via San Jose or from Highway 101 or Interstate 5 by heading East on Highway 152 to Highway 1 North.
